COMING UP // Florida Goodies - Boudoir + Yoga

I'm beyond ecstatic to visit Florida during my birthday (mid-May) for some much needed fun in the sun but also to connect with you! Being that Sarasota is the place Boudoir by Tutti sprouted from, I'm extra joyful that I get to share these goodies with you :)

I'll be opening up my calendar for a limited amount of boudoir shoots so even if you think this isn't for you, reach out to me and let's chat about it. I guarantee you're not the only woman who's felt a bit unsure about this process. But I'm here for you and would LOVE to be the one who shows you how beautiful you are.

If you have any girlfriends who'd be interested in boudoir photography, this is the time to share the love. The more we build each other up, the more love we have to give to our families and communities. So let's get lovin'.

BONUS: As many of you know, my other passion is yoga and I'll be teaching a few classes and workshops during my visit. Class types will be dependent on the studio hosting and the workshop will be all about Igniting the Goddess Within. So there are many options for us to meet, hug and connect!

I hope you can feel my excitement because it's kicking in stronger than my morning coffee. Make sure to Subscribe to the blog (right sidebar) to stay updated on all these goodies - boudoir availability and yoga schedule!

Looking forward to seeing all you sunkissed beauties.

With love,

LIVING SEXY IS... Embodying The Beauty We All Have

I've never had to pause my audio recordings as much as I did while transcribing this interview. The entire 8 minutes of it is jam-packed with powerful, sincere and gifted prose by a spirited woman who’s known by many as a performer. To say that Chelsey Korus is talented is a bit of an understatement. She can do things few women can do and marvels crowds with the strength and grace she brings to her performances. When I attended the Wanderlust Yoga Festival in Stratton, Vermont last summer and watched Chelsey perform with her acro yoga partner, I stood in complete awe. I was utterly moved by her entire way of being, and it was then that I knew I had to meet her. A year and many Instagram likes later, we arranged to meet and collaborate.

Wellness Starts Within

I found myself admitting last night how badly I need a break. Time has a way of getting away from the grip of my hands as swiftly as the ticking of a clock. Before I knew it, it was time to switch my closet wardrobe to account for the changing of the weather and it felt as if I barely had time to enjoy the Summer. WHERE DID THE TIME GO?!

It seems so easy to allow each day to pass with very little awareness of what's happening. The comings-and-goings of life seem almost natural, when the only natural thing should be to be cognizant of every second that passes.

As I was listening to a podcast this morning, an interesting idea flourished: instead of feeling bad about the things I haven't done that were meant to be done by now, I can wipe the slate clean by forgiving myself and trying again.  Simple as that.

Forgive and move on.

With the many tasks I have set for myself and the numerous self-assigned to-do's, today was a refreshing day in which I consciously forgave myself for x,y and z and sketched out how I would tackle the next coming months in an intelligent way that will plant fruitful seeds for my business.

That's where the travel and adventure topic comes in. There's nothing more renewing to my creative inspiration and motivation than traveling. I find the random experiences and encounters truly refreshing (and ironically, not random at all). I've planned a bucket-list roadtrip for the week of Thanksgiving starting in Los Angeles and ending in Tucson - hitting up places I've always dreamed of visiting - Big Sur, Sequoia National Park, Death Valley, Grand Canyon and Sedona. I've made it my goal to let go of "work" while I'm on the road and instead be open to on-the-spot inspiration in the form of imagery, writing, dancing, experiencing, feeling, sharing, yoga-ing, moving, etc.

Self care is not self indulgence

Self care is self-respect.

This is exactly what my body and soul is asking for: connecting with nature and connecting with others.

I can't wait to share my 10-day journey with you.

What's on your bucket list and what can you do today to work toward it? Please share. I'd love to start a conversation about this!

With love,
